Geometric quality
A single setup
Inner and outer diameters and reference faces machined in the same setup: concentricity and flatness do not depend on re-clamping on different machines.
New capacity · CNC vertical turning · Villa Carcina (Brescia, Italy)
With the SAMU RS 22 vertical lathe, CM machines in-house large-diameter flanges, gear rings, rings and housings weighing up to 15 tonnes and up to 2 metres high, with 3D quality control and engineering under the same roof.

Capacity
Before asking for a quote, a buyer needs to know one thing: will my part fit? This is the RS 22 working envelope.
Flanges, gear rings and rings beyond the reach of horizontal lathes.
Tall bodies, drums and housings machined without re-clamping.
Heavy parts centred on the table by gravity.
Why it matters for your part cost
Geometric quality
Inner and outer diameters and reference faces machined in the same setup: concentricity and flatness do not depend on re-clamping on different machines.
Lead time
Turning, milling, grinding and inspection within the same production network. No trucks between suppliers, no external queues.
Management
From drawing review to inspection certificate: one technical contact, one quote, one responsibility.

From drawing to inspected part
01 · Drawing
PDF, STEP or DWG, with quantity, material and critical tolerances.
02 · Review
Our engineers check envelope, clamping and cycle, and suggest cost optimisations.
03 · Production
Roughing and finishing in one setup, then complementary operations within the network.
04 · Inspection
ZEISS 3D measurement, dimensional report, packing and shipping.
